I’m so sick and tired of feelin’ second rate,
don’t know why I feel this way maybe it’s hard for you all to relate,
my life that I live I must reiterate,
feels so second rate!

My flow is heavy and my rhymes are deep,
I’m afraid they may interrupt my sleep,
All my dreams feel so far away,
So much on my plate I feel I might go astray.

Life is a sport that’s why it’s called the game,
You must compete to obtain the fortune and the fame,
I want my goals to be real,
Nothing to just feel,
Life is more than fame,
It’s realizing that fortune and fame
are all the same
an illusion to defeat you in this game.

I’m so tired lonely and depressed,
But in my heart I know I’m loved and I’m blessed,
I was made for a purpose,
I hope someday that purpose will surface,
When it does I’ll laugh at what was lame,
Life truly is just a game
